Dr. Lucy Chan received her MBBS from University of Singapore in 1972. She then obtained FFARACS (Fellow of the Faculty of Anaesthetists of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons) in 1983 followed by FANZCA (Fellows of Australian New Zealand College of Anaesthetists) in 1992.
