Admission and Discharge
Admissions is registered at the Reception and discharge is processed at the Dispensary which are located on the Ground Floor.
Clinic Operation Hours
9am to 7pm (Monday – Friday)
9am to 1pm (Saturday)
Closed on Sunday
Visiting Hours
9.30am to 10.30pm
Admission Guide
Before you are admitted to the hospital, an admissions counselor will call you to obtain preliminary information.
What to bring for registration
- Patient’s Identification Card (IC), Birth Certificate or Passport.
- Doctor’s Admission Order.
- Guarantee Letter from Insurance/Company or deposit for self-paying patient.
- Deposit of 30% of the cost of surgery have to be made upon admission.
Discharge Guide
Your doctor will decide the actual day of your discharge depending on your physical condition and discharge needs.
When you are discharged
The dedicated staff will confirm with you when all of your care is complete and you may leave the hospital. The dedicated staff will give you discharge instructions and prescriptions for medications that you will need.
Your Post Operation Care
Upon discharge, you will be given a follow-up appointment. Additionally, our Post Operation Home Visit program offers a comprehensive approach to “after care”. It encompasses a wide variety of services, based on the individual needs of the patient. This will normally be arranged with our dedicated staff before your discharge.
